Blues vs Wings
Every birthday, I take one of my grandsons to a hockey game. For the now 16yr old, this was the game I selected. I didn't expect to witness a good game after the drubbing from Colorado the day before and the Baby Bash's record at home. Despite giving up the first goal and looking flat at times, the Baby Bash was fired up and I believe they outplayed the Wings for the remainder of the game. The Wings' last two goals seemed highly questionable to me. Mason did a fantastic job in goal, preventing goals that could have easily been scored by the Wings. It surprised me that we were surrounded by Wings fans, leaving my grandson and I standing alone every time the Baby Bash scored or Mason made a great save. Our seats in section 101 allowed us to witness most of the goals scored by both teams.
